做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
