做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
