做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
