做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
