做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
