做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
