做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
