做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。
