做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
