做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
