做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
