做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后(hòu )用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。
