做法(fǎ ):春笋切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
