做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
