做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。
