做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
