做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
