做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的(de )时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
