做法(fǎ ):春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的(de )时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
