做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
