做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
