做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
