做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
