做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。
