做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
