做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
