做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
