做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后(hòu )加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
