做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
