做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
