做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
