做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮开后(hòu )转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
