做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
