做法:春笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。
